Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more (U.S.). A 10-roll box of 1100HG or 1100HD, or a 5-roll box of 2100HD, qualifies on its own.
- Orders under $99: flat $7.95 standard shipping (3–5 business days).
- Standard ground delivery: typically 3–5 business days after the order ships.
- Faster delivery: expedited options are shown at checkout.
- Orange County, CA clinics: free next-day local delivery on orders of $300 or more. Details
Subscription Orders
- Subscribe & Save is offered on 10-roll boxes (1100HG, 1100HD, 1100S) and the 2100HD box: 10% off every delivery and free shipping.
- Subscription orders ship automatically on the schedule you choose (every 30–90 days); the shipping method stays the same unless you change it.
Bulk & Case Orders
- Orders involving case quantities or large shipments may require additional handling time.
- If necessary, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery.
