Welcome to Precision Imaging Supply. Precision Imaging Supply is a brand operated by JD Trading Group, Inc. (“Precision Imaging Supply,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”) to provide you with an online shopping experience. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced in these Terms (including our Privacy Policy https://precisionimagingsupply.com/policies/privacy-policy and Refund & Return Policy https://precisionimagingsupply.com/policies/refund-policy), govern your use of the Services and any purchases you make.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.
You may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS; COMPATIBILITY; PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately. However, product colors, packaging, and appearance may vary due to device settings and manufacturing updates.
Compatibility / Proper Selection. You are responsible for confirming that the products you order are compatible with your equipment and intended application (including model numbers and specifications). If you have questions about compatibility, contact us before ordering.
Third-Party Trademarks / No Affiliation. Any third-party trademarks, brand names, or model names referenced on the Services are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility or product specifications. Unless explicitly stated, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party trademark owner.
All descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS; ACCEPTANCE; CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory limitations, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and payment has been processed.
Cancellations/Changes Before Fulfillment. You may request to cancel or change an order before it enters fulfillment. If the order has not entered fulfillment, we will cancel it without a cancellation fee.
After Fulfillment/Shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment, been picked/packed, or shipped, we may be unable to cancel or change it. In that case, your order will be subject to our Refund & Return Policy https://precisionimagingsupply.com/policies/refund-policy after delivery.
We may attempt to notify you of order changes or cancellations using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.
SECTION 4 - PRICES; BILLING; TAXES; PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, or import charges. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information. You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method, and (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.
Pricing/Listing Errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel or refuse orders placed for the incorrectly listed product, even if an order confirmation has been sent.
Tax-Exempt Purchases. If you claim tax-exempt status, you must provide valid resale and/or exemption documentation. Customers may submit documentation by contacting us through our Contact page (https://precisionimagingsupply.com/pages/contact-1) or by emailing info@precisionimagingsupply.com. Until documentation is reviewed and approved, sales tax may be charged at checkout. We may request updated documentation and may refuse or revoke tax-exempt status if documentation is invalid, incomplete, or expired.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY; RISK OF LOSS; CLAIM WINDOWS
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, supply chain disruptions, or events outside our control.
Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer products to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Damage/Shortage/Wrong Item Claims. You must inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage, shortages, or incorrect items within the following timeframes:

Freight shipments: within 72 hours of delivery (recommended within 48 hours where possible), and

Parcel shipments (UPS/FedEx/USPS): within 7 days of delivery.
To support a claim, you must retain all original packaging and provide photos and requested information. Claims submitted outside these timeframes may be denied.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed solely by our Refund & Return Policy [LINK].
Opened Thermal Paper. Opened thermal paper is not returnable, except where the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. For confirmed defects or our shipping error, no restocking fee applies, and we will work with you to make it right as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Refund & Return Policy, the Refund & Return Policy governs for returns and refunds.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product listings, reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Precision Imaging Supply, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for your internal business use or personal use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Precision Imaging Supply’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Precision Imaging Supply or its affiliates/licensors. Shopify’s marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks are the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools as part of the Services. We do not monitor or control such tools and provide them “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or practices. If you access third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Precision Imaging Supply is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Precision Imaging Supply. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Precision Imaging Supply, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Precision Imaging Supply.
SECTION 11 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK]. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process personal information in order to provide and improve the Services.
SECTION 12 - FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback for any lawful purpose, including operating and promoting the Services. You represent and warrant you have the rights necessary to submit the Feedback and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, transmit malware, scrape or crawl the site, or interfere with security features. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

The Services and all products offered are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
No Warranty Beyond Manufacturer Defects. We do not offer any warranty beyond what is required by law. If a product is defective due to a manufacturer defect, our sole obligation is, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to replace the product or issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective product, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Some jurisdictions limit or do not allow certain disclaimers, so the above may not apply to you.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Precision Imaging Supply, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, or Shopify and its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs) arising from your use of the Services or products.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Precision Imaging Supply, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your access to and use of the Services.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms and any policies referenced constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without notice in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW; VENUE
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Precision Imaging Supply consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
